Referral commission

Your client buys direct at retail and we pay you 15–20%. We own the order, the shipping, and the returns.

If you bill your client hourly or cost-plus as their agent, an undisclosed commission is a conflict of interest — ASID's ethics code requires disclosure and many cost-plus contracts prohibit it outright. Choose this track knowingly, and disclose it.
